Val d'Isère, France
Val d'Isere is a city full of bars, restaurants and upscale shops.
This is a great place for skiing, with 300 km of slopes linking the Tignes glacier. Cable cars leave the city center, though many take the free bus to La Daille, or the funicular that offers quick access to Tignes. Buses between the center of La Daille and Val d'Isère take 7 minutes or 15 minutes on foot.
The village of Val d'Isere is 1850m high and the ski area reaches 3350m at Glacier Du Pissaillas. Along with Tignes, there are 300 km of world-class and varied pistes that attract tourists and experienced skiers from around the world.
Skiers can enjoy the extensive blue and red ski runs that cross Espace Killy.
It has many tracks with different difficulty levels (especially back in the city center, especially Face Run), but also has tracks accessible to everyone.
