On December 6, 1906, the S.A. Viña del Mar Club. The architectural design was entrusted to the Italian Ettore Petri, who had gained prestige with the creation of the Vergara Palace and the Parroquia de Viña.
In 1908 the brand new mansion characterized by its accentuated Greek lines and fine Italian neoclassical furnishings was inaugurated. Subsequently, other units were established, including a large dining room and a canteen, which complete what is the current headquarters of the Viña del Mar Club.

By car:
One of the options to get to Viña del Mar is through Route 68, you enter Valparaíso and follow the correct signs to get to Viña. The Viña - Valparaíso Highway is 5.5 km long and begins in Caleta Abarca.
There is also a direct route to Viña del Mar from Route 68 towards Variante Agua Santa or Route 66, to travel a beautiful path with views of the Bay of Valparaíso and the beaches of Viña del Mar.
This Club, although private, has been opened to the community through cultural, benefit, business and social events.
The Municipal Council, on May 9, 2000 approved to declare this building of historical and / or architectural interest.
