The Fluvial Beach of Peneda / Pego Escuro has a large grassy area on the banks of the Ceira River, with good support infrastructures.
This beach area was awarded the Blue Flag and the Quercus Gold Medal. He also received an accessible beach classification.
Surrounded by an imposing landscape with majestic mountains, this beach is inserted in an area of great natural beauty where even a sand island in the middle of the river gives a picturesque note.
This River Beach also has a terrace overlooking the river overlooking the Joanina de Góis bridge.
