Boca do Inferno is a natural cave on the rugged coastline near Aqua Izé, about a 30-minute drive south of São Tomé.
This is quite a spot in Sao Tome, everyone visits the mouth of Hell. A small, narrow passage funnels the waves under a basalt bridge and roars and sprays.

One legend associated with Boca do Inferno is a mass of basaltic rock, which would be linked to the capital of Portugal, and the trip should only take a few minutes.
