For shared use there is a natural garden, pond, tennis (15.06.-01.09.), children's playground.
Motor access to the house, except in winter 100 m. There is a parking at 200 m. Supermarket, restaurant are in 100 m, bus stop 400 m. Golf course 25 km, chair lift, ski school 100 m.
