The gardens of all 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units at Luxury Villa at Bayside are meticulously maintained and you can enjoy a BBQ on the downstairs terrace with room for 6 guests at the dining table. 2 of the 3 bedrooms lead onto a large terrace on the 1st floor with a restricted sea view through the Pohutekawa trees, which line the beach.
Guests can use the garage, with direct access to the house, however there is also free parking directly next to the villa with room for your boat trailer.
Newly renovated for December 2016, the villa has new beds, linen, towels, kitchen equipment and furniture. Free WiFi and a 55-inch Smart TV with satellite channels are provided.
Acitivities in the surrounding area include fishing, hiking and snorkeling. You can launch your own boat at Mangonui Boat Ramp, 7 minutes' drive frin Luxury Villa at Bayside, free of charge.
