The Lagoon of Covão de Ferro, also known as Padre Alfredo Dam, for having been the one who had it built to produce the energy that fed the wool industry of Unhais da Serra.
The glacier valley of Alforfa begins in this lagoon, traveling throughout the valley to the village of Unhais da Serra.
