New house (2011) near the lift and pool complex and village centre of Kötschach Mauthen. This semi detached house has a south facing terrace. patio. ski/bike room and carport to add to its A1 location. with the beginners ski area and ski school literally at the end of the road. ca 100m away. The modern pool complex is only another 1-2 minutes further by foot. The furnishings are obviously also brand new. and as another bonus. there are washing facilities too. The two double rooms upstairs are complemented by a modern sofa bed in the living room for larger families. The wood burner on the open-plan ground floor is generally enough to heat the well-insulated house in winter. but you can also boost this with the electric heating. The large ski and outdoor persuits area in Nassfeld is an easily reached 25km away. just 11km to the south is the border with Italy on the Plöcken pass. and immediately to the west starts the stunning Lesachtal - possibly the most unspoilt ansd least populated valley in the whole of the Austrian Alps
