The Giramundo Museum is the living and constantly changing archive of the group's production. It contains all the experiences of Giramundo's history, in the form of dolls, scenographic compositions, photographs, original designs and drawings, documents, films, audios and graphic art. Keeping this complex collection organized and open to the public is the commitment assumed by Giramundo since 2001, when the Museum was inaugurated. Since then, the Giramundo Museum has consolidated itself as a cultural reference and an important tourist spot in the capital of Minas Gerais. With its physical and conceptual structure linked to that of the Giramundo School, the Giramundo Museum is not only a permanent showcase of the group's production, but also a complete didactic reference for those who wish to learn or delve into the art of puppet theater.
