The Grade II listed building was built around 1820, and has a pretty front garden from which you can see the sea.

Shopping in the Lanes and North Laine is within easy reach, again within a few minutes' walk.

Colson House can only accept children over 12 and is unable to accommodate animals, other than assistance dogs.
