Monument to Victory. Before the earthquake, in front of the Hospital de Caridad on the western side, there was a small square called "San Juan de Dios", which after the earthquake and due to the new layout of the city moved from its original site, remaining located on land of property of the Unda, García-Herreros and Pérez Ferrero families. The column was made by the master Crisanto Ramírez and the sculpture by the Cucuteño Olinto Marcucci.
