This 45 sq.mt apartment, fitted with parquet flooring, opens up onto a corridor leading to all the rooms of the house. The living room is spacious and is furnished with a couch, a double sofa bed, a TV corner with DVD player and the access to a balcony overlooking the inner side of the building. The separate kitchen is equipped and complete with a table for 4/6 people.
