Alpen Diamond Penthouse is located right next to the slopes of the Sölden Ski Area, a 2-minute ski ride from the Gaislachkogelbahn Cable Car. WiFi is available free of charge, and hiking and mountain biking trails start right at the doorstep.

The spacious apartment is furnished in a modern Alpine style and comes with a large terrace featuring sun loungers and overlooking the Ötztal Alps and featuring outdoor furniture, dining area and barbecue facilities which can be used at a surcharge. 3 flat-screen TVs, a Wii console, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fondue, 2 bathrooms (1 with steam shower) are further amenities.

Towels, linen, dishtowels and towels and bathrobes for the sauna are included, as well as coffee filters and dishwasher tabs.

A spa area with a sauna and a steam bath invites to relax at Alpen Diamond. Guests can also use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. One free private parking space per apartment is available.

Freshly baked bread rolls can be delivered to the apartments for a surcharge, and breakfast as well as half board are also offered at the neighbouring Hotel Elisabeth. Ski passes also can be bought there.

Other restaurants, cafés and bars are located in the centre of Sölden, and can be reached with a free shuttle service, located 200 metres from the property. The Aqua Dome Thermal Spa is 15 km away.

The Timmelsjoch Mountain is a 15-minute drive from the property. Innsbruck Airport is 80 km away.

From 31 May to 11 October 2016, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in all rates. This card offers many free benefits, including free use of local cable cars and buses and free admission to the Aqua Dome and the Area 47.
