Overlooking Damascus Gate, the New Palm Hotel is located just outside of the Old City in East Jerusalem. All rooms have a private bathroom, and some also a balcony.

Hotel New Palm is located in a new building of 2010. The air-conditioned lobby features a TV with international channels.

The New Palm is a short walk from East Jerusalem's Central Bus Station. The staff can arrange a shuttle service to Ben Gurion Airport.
