Located at the tip of Santa Marta, next to the Lighthouse, and bordering the Cascais Marina, it is considered as one of the most important pieces of the artistic heritage of Cascais from the 1900's.
Acquired at the beginning of 2004 by the Municipal Council of Cascais, it is already a new cultural center with particular emphasis on the work of Raúl Lino and the summer architecture that marked the design of the coast of Cascais.
