In the Orada, the community oven in producing bread represents the life of the community. If the times were of poverty, little bread was produced and all suffered. If times were abundant, there was plenty of bread and everyone would benefit. Therefore, it was necessary to protect him from the forces of evil and to obtain the favor of the deity. In the north of the country there is the tradition of drawing a cross on bread. At Orada we chose to put a cruise that had the same function of protector of the food and the life of the village.
